1-15 oz can black beans, rinsed
4 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 cup quick oats
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup honey (or maple syrup)
2 tbsp coconut sugar
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup chocolate chips
optional: walnuts
Grease an 8x8 pan and preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor, except chocolate chips and walnuts.
Blend until smooth.
Add chocolate chips and walnuts (if using) and mix by hand.
Bake for 16-20 minutes.
Enjoy! Serve with vanilla ice cream for best results.
