It is important to make sure I am the right coach for you and your goals. In this session, we will touch on your goals and determine if my coaching is a good fit for you.
60 minutes
Prior to the initial consultation, I will have you fill out a detailed health assessment. In order to guide our first consultation, I will also ask that you fill out a 3 day food journal.
During the initial consultation, I will review the health assessment and ask questions about your lifestyle, preferences, and goals. By the end of your first session we will have outlined a plan for the small action steps to work toward your nutrition goals.
30-45 minutes
Health is a journey. There are so many things we can do for our health, and it can seem overwhelming. These follow up sessions will provide you with support, accountability, and monitoring.
Based on your progress, success, and challenges since your last session, we will adapt your plan. The ultimate goal is for you to be the expert on your own health.
