2 cups organic quick oats
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 c cocoa
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp flax
2 c. canned or carton coconut, or carton almond milk
1/3 c peanut butter
1/4c - 1/2 c honey or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 c chocolate chips
1 c raspberries or strawberries
Grease an 8x8 pan and preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl.
In a second bowl add wet ingredients, except chocolate chips and fruit.
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix.
Fold in chocolate chips and fruit
Pour into a prepared pan.
Bake 40 minutes
