2 cups quick oats
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp sea salt
2 tbsp flax (optional)
1/4 c. orange juice (optional)
1 1/2 c. almond milk, or milk of your choice (1 3/4 c if not using OJ)
1 egg
1/2 c greek yogurt
1/2 c maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
zest of a medium orange
1 cup frozen cranberries, cut in half
Grease an 8x8 pan and preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl.
In a second bowl add wet ingredients, except cranberries.
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix.
Fold in cranberries.
Pour into a prepared pan.
Bake 30-40 minutes
