1.5 cups rolled oats
1 cup peanut butter (or nut butter of your choice)
1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 cup ground flax seeds
1/8 cup chia seeds
pinch of sea salt
Optional Add-ins (1/2 cup total)
Walnuts
Chocolate chips
Coconut
Raisins
Dried fruit (cherries, blueberries, etc.)
Mix all ingredients together with a spoon, except the optional add-ins.
Add your personalization with the optional add-ins.
Rolls into balls.
Place in fridge.
This is a great snack for after school, between sports games, or just a nice treat.
