1 cup Greek Yogurt
1 cup Flour or Gluten Free Flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp olive oil {to put on hands to prevent sticking}
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt together.
Add Greek Yogurt.
Stir with a fork until dough forms.
Put olive oil on your hands and place dough on parchment paper.
Use hands to spread dough into desired shape.
Precook dough for about 5 minutes before adding desired toppings.
Garlic Pizza:
Garlic Butter Sauce
2 tbsp melted butter
Garlic powder to taste
Dried Parsley to taste
Pepper to taste
Spread butter garlic butter sauce on top of dough. Add mozzarella. Bake until cheese is melted. Enjoy!
